What we collect
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics software. We collect only what you enter into our contact form yourself: your name, your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and town, together with the content of your message. Our hosting provider may additionally keep technical server logs (such as IP address and timestamp) that are necessary to operate and secure the site.
The contact form
We use what you enter into the contact form solely to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an advisory visit or a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your message is processed by our hosting provider Netlify, acting as a processor on our instructions, and is then delivered by email to info@constructandcreate.be. We do not use reCAPTCHA or similar services; unwanted messages are filtered using a hidden field and Netlify's spam filtering, neither of which requires any additional data from you.
Google Maps
Our contact page offers a Google Maps view. The map is only fetched after you click to load it. Until you do, no connection to Google is made and no data is sent. If you do load it, Google receives your IP address among other data, and Google's own privacy policy applies.
If you contact us
If you contact us by phone or email, we use your details solely to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. We never share your details with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not sell them.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry or project, and thereafter for as long as statutory retention obligations require. Form submissions that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than twelve months after receipt.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
