Kitchen and living space
Merging kitchen, dining room and living space into one bright, continuous room.
The clients wanted more light and connection on the ground floor. Our feasibility study showed the dividing wall was load-bearing, so we specified a steel portal frame that allowed the wall to be removed entirely.
The result is a single continuous space running from the front façade to the back, with a bespoke kitchen and a new poured floor.
