Full renovation of a townhouse

This 1930s townhouse was structurally sound but thoroughly dated. During the advisory phase we mapped its technical condition and worked with the owners to decide which interventions would deliver the most value within their budget.

In the delivery phase the entire rear extension was rebuilt, the house was insulated and all services were replaced. The original cement tiles in the entrance hall and stairwell were kept and restored.

Because we already knew the building from the advisory phase, we were able to adapt quickly when the beam above the kitchen turned out to need replacing.
